22 And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.
They'd received the Spirit, and yet we know they were still subsequently instructed to wait for the Spirit. Even after pentecost, they took time out to wait for the Spirit again and the place was shaken again.
