(3v17, 18) "Though the fig tree should not blossom...yet I will rejoice in the Lord"
A very timely passage to read, as I am preaching on Ruth chapter one in a couple of weeks - working title "The Providence of Loss". The Lord works for the good of His people. When we are weak, He is our strength. When we are poor, He is our wealth. Though we can die, we can never truly "lose" our lives, because the Father holds us in His hands.
