12Six days you shall do your work, but the seventh day you shall rest and keep Sabbath, that your ox and your donkey may rest, and the son of your bondwoman, and the alien, may be refreshed.
You may cope without rest, but you'll burn out those around you (and actually you can't cope either).
Reflecting on the detail God gave to Moses regarding the design of the tabernacle makes me wonder if we seek Him enogh for the detailed design of our lives.
