Phew - back to the blog! Preaching engagements out of the way, bronchitis clearing up, back pain sorted - hopefully I'll be able to catch up over the next few days...
The Levites are separated from the other Israelites in order to fulfil roles regarding the tabernacle and its contents. This made me think about how Christ was among his people, and yet separate from them, set apart for a role that no other could share. Also, the Levites are given very clear roles - a good example for us to follow when considering the day-to-day running of a church!
